Type of a scam Home Improvement
DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. Total scammers! They also stole the refrigerant left in the unit.
Everyone affected by this company please report to the Better Business Bureau, New York Dept License and also file a report to the NY consumer and bonding agency that bonds companies like SuperHandsNYC LLC.
We have also filed a complaint with the New York Attorney General Mrs. Letitia James.
All of us affected should file a combined civil lawsuit and also cooperate between police departments as this is criminal mischief.

We were also promised warranty. We didn't pay for their services, we refused service when the quote was outrageous. Therefore, SuperHandsNYC LLC retaliated by damaging our unit. We have been since AC for over 8 weeks. We certainly can understand the other reviews stating they didn't stand behind the warranty, I was also offered warranty but we just refused service.
