I searched Google for a product and found it available for purchase on this site. I set up an account and then I ordered the product via PayPal. The order was cancelled with no message sent to me. Instead, it said there was an issue with the PayPal email (this has never been an issue). The cost of the item was never refunded. No answers to customer support and the customer support number has no outgoing message or answer from anyone.
