I ama US veteran. Booking .com and militarybnb used superhog.com. There was $35 fee For a security coverage period the booking was canceled and the security fee was never needed. But super hall based in the Ukraine decided to keep my fee even though I canceled before the booking ever took place period they say the fee is non-refundable, but it is unfair when it was never used to begin with.
