Started in November, when had come across a online web site that claimed to sell seized vehicles (used-sas.com) contacted Patrick and learned that they sold these vehicles that they had bought at auction and resold. I put the 20% down to hold the vehicle until I could make arrangements to pick it at their Fargo ND office. flew in to Fargo and took a cab to the address given on the web site only to find that no business existed at this address. No vehicle was present, no office was there. THIS IS A SCAM
