Business offered a free trail of product pay only shipping then charged $94.67 thirteen days later. When i called to complain and to try and correct the matter i was on hold for hours finally got through and they told me it was a 14 day trail and since i didn't cancel with in 14 days of the order to state i didn't like the product I was charged. I tried to explain that at no time was i informed of this nor did i even recieve the product before I was charged this wasn't right. I wanted to cancel and return my product to get my money back they wouldn't listen. They finally stated they would return 75% of my money but refused to tell me how to return the unused product for a refund. Now i have to wait 3 to 7 business days and hope they actually refund the 75% they said they would.
