These two numbers are calling both my home and my cell phone. I have even changed my cell number and I got a call today from both numbers. It is always a recording when I answer the phone. They say they have legal documents that they need my response with my SSN and date of birth. I have not called them back nor will I give any information. I filed a report on another number earlier last week. Please help me make this stop. They are harassing me. I have a disabled spouse that I care for and all the harassing calls are upsetting to him as well. Thanks

Called with a prerecorded message saying I would be served papers for a suit against me. I returned the call and they told me I was being sued for $1200 by the phone company in Killeen Tx for an account I opened in 2009 and never payed on. Problem is, I have not been to Killeen since 2002. They asked why I had not responded to the settlement offer they had mailed me. I told them I never received a letter. They asked if I would be willing to settle today. I said no because this is not MY debt and I obviously need to get to the bottom of this. Checked my credit report and verified that this debt is completely false.

They leave a message stating that there is a legal matter that needs my immediate attention. They asked me for my SSN and other personal information of which they didn't get. They have repeatedly called my house and now my cell phone. I was threatened by the person calling when they said they would show up at my home or my job with legal documentation. This was on the voice mail that was left on my home and cell phone. I am getting ready to change both numbers because I'm tired of being harassed.
