On April 16, 2023, I placed an order for a bottle of Super luxe Skin Serum during their current buy one get one free promotion. The bottles were 59.99 each. I purchased one bottle and would then receive a second one for free during the promotional offer. After the purchase, I received an email showing that the charge to my credit card was for $119.49. I called the customer support number which is a 3rd party service provider that provides support on thousands of products per the agents feedback to me. She told me that the promotion was for 3 bottles and that you would get one for free totaling 119.49, however, speaking to another agent, they said differently. It was always a difficult and un-professional conversation with this 3rd party company. The next day, I was charged an additional $59.99 after checking my account balance (there was no email receipt to confirm this transaction). I then called back to this 3rd party customer support line, and they informed me that before you checkout, they offer you a moisturizer to purchase and if you chose not to purchase, I had to "uncheck" a box to decline the offer, otherwise, I would be charged. I told them that this was not a product I purchased nor was aware of and it was not listed on my confirmation email so this is an unauthorized charge. I told them that I would report them to the ScamPulse.com and urged them to immediately cancel my purchase, provide me with a full refund, and close out my account if one existed and I also asked if this was a reoccurring subscription and they told me "yes"! This surprised me! So I asked for them to cancel the subscription as well because I did not opt into a monthly subscription. They eventually offered to refund me 50% of the $179.48 and also stated that the product had already shipped so they would refund the other amount once I receive the product and return it to them. They informed me that the account was notated and cancelled. However, recently, on May 22, 2023, I again received another charge to my account for $119.49 and do not understand why if my account had been closed since April 17, 2023. They informed me that they would refund the money as it was a system error. I don't believe this is a system error. Every representative that you speak to provides you with a different response contrary to the others. This company is discretely taking peoples money and they need to be stopped immediately! The website that they provided me is not even a website and you receive warnings that it is not secure and to not provide any personal info on the page (getsuperluxeskin.com).
