Purchased a dog bed June 4. still nothing with several emails asking - receive same response. Terrible just plain awful!

So bad to much to right yet all of the other reviews that received nothing they are all right they took $79.99 from me and I got nothing

I order a blanket on December 15 2019 they said 3 to 5 weeks it’s been 9 weeks and I get same email computer generated ones same as other reported I keep getting give us a week to fix problem also saying we’re very sorry word for word emails

I made a purchase on 12/16 for a Christmas present for my daughter. I even paid a rush fee to get it by X-mas. It was a custom made fleece blanket and pillow with our dogs picture on them. On 12/16 they confirmed order and immediately put the charge through (before item shipped) RED FLAG #1. the email indicated the "shipment is on the way" and said it can take up to two weeks. To date i still HAVE NOT received the merchandise.

I have emailed them multiple times and keep getting the same BS response: sorry for the delay, we are backordered, we're still digging out from seasonal rush, we have followed up with our supplier and your order is shipping soon.....so i escalated it to a claim with Paypal and also disputed on my credit card. They have a Paypal account and PP does business with them. This is dangerous....PP has not yet figured out these people are FRAUDS!

I did a little more research - online reviews say it's a scam (note to self....research before buying or only buy from reputable well known sources....sorry mom & pop shops...love to support small business but it's jerks like this that ruin it for everyone).

There is NO address and NO phone number anywhere on the website. They even have a Facebook and Instagram page.
