I saw an ad for Super paws online for their dog beds. I ordered a dog bed and a blanket on May 6. They took out the money pretty quickly, and I have been waiting for this product ever since. I have emailed back-and-forth with them multiple times, where they had reported that there were issues with shipping and production due to the COVID-19 virus. I have asked for a refund multiple times in emails to them and on every occasion that is not addressed, only the fact that their production times and shipping times were increased related to the coronavirus. I never received any items.
