The Company advertised a health supplement but during the checkout process what was ordered vs. what was charged were completely different amounts. I emailed the company to cancel the order and request a full refund. The pending charges from my account were removed only to show up a week later along with an email stating the order had shipped. I also contacted my bank to inform them of the situation. After calling the company to again inform them that these charges are not authorized and to cancel any order, the customer service representative was not helpful and refused a refund.
