Hello A. Harvey and anyone else looking to use Supperfastcouriers.com. There is something most defiantly out of place with this courier service. I didn't pick this company myself, it was the person I bought goods from who did. I was told that I would receive an email confirming my shipping and ETA from the couriers, however the email that was sent to me gave neither, instead it told me that I had to pay additional money to make sure the package arrived without any problems and also refundable once the goods arrived. This I found very strange especially as the email was very poorly written and looked more like a bad attempt at phishing than anything else. Not once have they replied back to me directly, but only via the shop & its owner so this leaves me to think that they are working together as they said I could make the payment to him and he would pay them. Not the usual way to do business in my opinion but that was another red flag so I told them to return the goods which they argued over it not being an option. I refused to pay extra and I am still waiting for them to reply back. Completely unprofessional, totally incompetent and a bunch of swindlers to say at least! AVOID AT ALL COST!

The service did not deliver package but texted and asked for more money for more shipping expenses they said that package was held at customs. They attempted multiple times daily to text and ask for additional money , but not through shipping service such as ups, fed ex etc. Any phone call attempt on website was not able to be reached as dialed , and emails were not returned ..
