Type of a scam Fake Invoice/Supplier Bill

Someone from Supply Logistics Warehouse called my branch stating they were an authorized supplier for our company and wanted to know if we were running low on toner. They sent ONE cartridge and the follow week contacted us by email wanting our W-9 and credit card information for payment. The following month ONE cartridge arrived. Two weeks later, I received a receipt for payment for TWO cartridges. The following month ONE additional cartridge arrived and again, I received a receipt for TWO cartridges. I questioned the branch about how much toner they were going through. They explained they had only been receiving one, however they were not copied on the email of the receipts. We have tried numerous times contacting this company and no one calls us back! I sent them an email today and reached out to my credit card company and have now blocked them from receiving future payments.

Type of a scam Fake Invoice/Supplier Bill

I received a call a couple of weeks ago from this Los Angeles number. They said they were from our copier company and wanted to know what model copier we had so they could send out an updated manual. My staff gave them only the model number. We then get an invoice for 952.86 for toner. We do not purchase toner, it is supplied by our copier lease provider.

Do not fall for this.

Type of a scam Fake Invoice/Supplier Bill

This 'business' calls asking to verify information (bait) and uses it to confirm (hook) ordering supplies. Then follows up with an invoice emailed to the "contact". The scam was to either pay the invoice or "return" the supplies providing a UPS return label. Additional information on this scam is shipping address Select Office Systems, Inc. 1811 W Magnolia Blvd., Burbank, CA 91506-1725 and phone 800-598-1225.

Supply Logistics Warehouse is a "company" that sent our firm toner and tried to charge us over $*** for the "product". They have no website and their customer service rep is extremely rude and will always evade any questions regarding detailed information about their "business". I asked for their website, how they found our contact info, who put in the order, and he wouldn't give me a simple, straight answer. This company is not real and are "Copier Sharks". Do NOT give them any information about any office supplies that you have and use.
