Hi Jennifer, we're getting your order ready to be shipped. We will notify you when it has been sent." Here it is Oct. 18, 2019 and no email. I have reached out to them by email with screenshots of their email and of my confirmation page from their website, but have yet to recieve any further emails other than the very first one. I did some research and found some interesting things, words quoted then twisted, but completely say they lied about previous statement. Their phone number on website is completely different than the number listed after i google just their address (the one listed on website). Found in their own shipping and delivery policy this stated: United States: 7-20 days (the proof => https://global.cainiao.com/detail.htm?mailNoList=LW177513684CN). Also found different complaints on this company, a lot similiar to mine, "Have not recieved item" and some have more than 7 months in gap frame from purchase to complaint. I think this website should be looked further into, especially since theyre taking money, credit or debit card information, and also our street addresses. A lot of personal info from myself and many others given and without any clue what comes next after we purchased their items.
