I ordered from this company not knowing any better back in December I placed a order for my son a ride on power wheel they sent me a picture of a T-shirt with a car on the front of it saying that was my order I requested a refund they said it will be back in my account 7-14 business days it has been 6 months I haven’t got my refund & now they won’t respond to any of my emails

I haven’t ordered anything an won’t, I’m looking for a treadmill. I saw one I’ve had my eye on that’s been priced consistently in the $300+ range for only $71 on supplygb.com. I checked out the website but there’s no way a nice treadmill like the one I’m wanting would be priced that low and certainly they wouldn’t have 900+ of them in stock and waiting if it were true. Glad I did my homework. They’re underneath legitimate websites and need to be wiped out!

It is 02/01/2022. I purchased a jewelry organizer $51.69 on 12/14/2021 and they say tracking number will be in the invoice - tracking # is blank! and it says on invoice to contact shipper for questions at an [email protected]., and it states that the seller is 双鸭山金天爱心药房连锁有限公司, REALLY, I purchased through SUPPLYGB. Supplygb gives a detail about shipping times and if shipping is late...I have contacted both on 1/13/2022 and 01/31/2022 by phone and emails with never a response. Thank God I used PayPal and now have a refund coming.

Searched propane heater on google and this "company" comes up in the listings with a really good deal. Purchased thru PayPal and was immediately taken out of my account and never received a confirmation email much less the item. This is not A LEGITIMATE COMPANY! Stay AWAY FROM SUPPLYGB!

This type of scam is really sinister. they offer a bed, then when you order it, you find out it was a transaction made via emails so you can't get your money back through paypal unless you fight hard for it,. THEN they not only do NOT get your bed, but they'll mail NOTHING to your provided state but not the correct address, so it appears they have proper tracking order in place in case you wish to complain with Paypal or some other business. the website supplygb is very fishy and did not respond when I reported my issues to them, choosing to remain silent. Only not only that, but the false tracking number caused me to initially LOSE my case with paypal, since they assumed the tracking order was accurate. I tried contacting the seller many times but instead of responding back to me, they only submitted a tracking number when Paypal demanded for one. Luckily I was smart enough to contact USPS who verified the package was NOT sent to my address, despite the seller confirming so. Also they reported to me that these types of scams are happening a lot recently, and had worked with me to reverse my case under Paypal in my favor, finally. PLEASE investigate this website since their silence was eerily similar to the seller under them, and he turned out to be a scammer. I suspect the whole website is a scam. please investigate to prevent further casualties!

I bought an icemaker and the company did not send me my product. They sent paypal a bogus fedex tracking number and fedex could tell it was incorrect. They want paypal to call them so they can explain I didnt receive any product. Its a scam. Trying to get my money back. Paypal needs to investigate further otherwise
