This company will try to get you to have them take over your computer for viruses and protection. They will say they are from Microsoft. When you call back for them to help you, they will scan you into paying more for your computer saying that Microsoft only covers for recovery on your comp for one year and so you need to get it on your computer. That everyone will ha be to do this from now on. The price was 500 and some. I found out through best buy this is a scam. I did not give them the money ey because it didn't make sense to me what they were asking.
