Received a phone message on my answering machine reporting my auto renewal was being charged to my credit card on file if I did not call to cancel within 24 hours. Called the number they left (877) 226-6976 to see what it was about. Was told I will be charged $399.99 if I did not renew. They would not tell me the credit card. Was told I had to go online to their site to cancel. I was unwilling to do that as I suspected a scam. Use caution.

The woman says she is with Support One, that you are on a recording, then she asks if you can hear her, as soon as you say, “Yes”she hangs up.

I called back and she said the call is recorded and that someone in our house is in need of hearing aid and asks if can I hear her. Third time I call, their phone is off the hook.
