Support Pets does not keep records on file. I needed evidence that my dog was ESA for 2 years and they didn't have that documentation although they provided the doctor's letter and services. The evidence I needed was for a legal issue and Support Pets screwed me up bigtime. After this happened I started researching this more thoroughly and realized their services are not legit. Having an ESA is legit however I recommend making an appointment to a medical professional, having a real evaluation and getting a letter from that provider not from an ONLINE BS SCAMOLOGY office. Do not use their services. Good luck.

This was an online program that provides ESA letters to people. Quote from their website: "The Fair Housing Amendments Act (FHAA) allows you to live in any type of housing with your ESA – free of the usual pet fees and deposits. “No Pets” policies do not apply to Emotional Support Animals, so you cannot be turned away when you choose to live with your pet in any type of home, condo or apartment. When you travel, your emotional support animal can accompany you and comfort you while away from home. While you are out and about around town, your pet will not have to be left behind. Unlike other pets, well-behaved Official ESA® pets are found welcome in restaurants, stores, and rideshare vehicles."

Not only did they state they offered the entire qualification through a single online questionnaire, abusing the Fair Housing Amendments Act, they also suggest that a letter from a medical professional prescribing an ESA gives the animal public access rights. This is in direct contradiction of the Americans with Disabilities Act, which does not qualify ESAs as task trained service animals and, therefore, denies them public access rights.The abuse of the ADA's laws regarding service animals has led to injuries and deaths of both dogs and people alike.
