This redirects to a fake Amazon website asking to verify personal and payment information:
"Dear Customer :
We have noticed an unusual $198 purchase recorded on your Amazon account on Sept. 06, 2023.
Our payment security system has identified this order as an irregular transaction that was not authorized by you. The merchant has initiated a refund request, but we require your confirmation of the information in order to process the refund.
Once we receive your confirmation, we will refund the amount to your designated Amazon bank account within 48 hours.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
