Worse yet, they did not tell me they would not take exchanges. We had a long back and forth email discussion where they wanted photos of a certain file size, a picture of the inner packaging that the product came in (which most people throw away), etc before they stated they wouldn't return it.
Additionally, the email I got for shipment notification does not link me back to the original website that I purchased it from, only a support email address. There are "social media" links in the email in order to make it look legitimate, but each of the links just take you to that social media's homepage. (the instagram icon takes you to instagram.com instead of their actual social media, for example)
Furthermore, I have no idea how to clear my payment information, shipping address, name, and email from their servers as I have no way to contact them besides these support email addresses, which I imagine are all forwarded to the same box.
