I booked a flight in October 2022 to Orlando, FL. I also had another passenger included. I called a few weeks after booking needing to cancel. They refused to give me a refund, so instead I got a flight credit for what was supposed to be Frontier and Spirit since that's who I originally booked through. Said I had 90 days to use this credit. When I called to book another flight, I was told the Frontier credit is not available. What they failed to mention is if I didnt bring the other passenger along with me, I would totally lose the credit. So now I am out of $578 and my $303 credit. Almost every time I called, I was on the phone for at least 40 minutes. If someone wasn't able to help, I would get transferred over to someone else and remained on hold again for quite a while. There were also multiple occasions of them hanging up on me.
