Needed to renew vehicle registration in WI. First tab came up looked like the renewla pagee and entered the numbers on the vehicle registration form into the web site. The vehicle came up and went to renew. When the receipt came this was not a vehicle renew site but a vehicle services site that charge the credit card, and then there was the every month charge to the credit card. Closed the account they created and asked to be refunded my money, no word from them, no refund. No way to contact. Both credit cards have had to be replaced due to the situation.

I attempted to register my vehicle with NM MVD and was immediately directed to this other site (I am elderly so can be fooled too easily). I thought I was registering my vehicle on line but discovered that I had signed up for a service I would never ever want. HOW DID THIS SITE HAVE MY CREDIT CARD NUMBER? I do not have the time to go through all the necessary changes to get a new card. It might not seem like a lot of money but the point is how in hell did I got hit by this site AMVSonline when trying to register my vehicle and how in hell did they have my credit card #. I will be canceling the payment. Others need to know. Thanks I HOPE MY IDENTITY WAS NOT COMPROMISED
