I reached out to USA Apostille to help me with some government documents that needed to be apostilled and translated to another language. customer service immediately got back to me to start the process and once I put through my order, I never heard from them again. They collected the money from my account and completely ghosted me. I reached out multiple times but no response. I reached out again recently using a different email address and they got back to me right away. I realized that they changed their website and name of organization. They continue to take peoples orders, post payment, but never provide the service they promise. It seems like people are catching on so they create new alias names. Another name they go by now is Liberty Apostille
