I received an email with the Costco logo saying i'd been selected to fill out a questionnaire and be eligible for a prize. I did so and was sent to http://op.megasurveyward.com/wall.php?f=15&b=13&a=1611&s1=SOWP-SoloOffer-MegaSur... I chose a product a smartwatch for 7.99 S&H. going to that site I see VeraWatch promo for 9.99. The watch I received did not work. My bank contacted me to ask if I'd made this purchase for $89.95 which I hadn't and canceled that card number, while the charge was still pending, to no avail. VIVID 16560 SW 144TH AVE. TEL877 Date 05/05/23 3 701391952 9 5964. They are not VIVID. I can not contact the unknown company and ask my bank which gives me 877 931 0272. Speaking with a customer service woman who tries to send me to Tech support. After stating that I saw no acknowledgment that I was subscribing to anything i'm told to look at terms of service which was in tiny blue towards the bottom. This brings up a long legal contract with Verawatch not Bargainwharehouses. See relevant section below.

Though I contacted 877 931 0272, where the woman claimed to be handling customer service for a number of companies, after stating my situation i was offered a 40% refund. She was able to speak to someone immediately during our call.

There were 2 different entities involved without coordination.
I was told I'd receive this refund and am waiting.

I received a communication, not sure where, either FB, email, phone, etc., to buy some items for only free shipping/ I bought a dashcam. I got the dashcam, it was the cheapest, poorest quality I have ever seen in an electronic device. I could not get it to work. The order email from from [email protected], and did not state there were any other purchases than the dashcam (attached). I then found out months later when checking my credit card statement, that I had 2 companies charging my card once a month for services I had no idea about. The companies in the visa statement are: ProsperousGA & Indestructable. Each companies charges were for subscriptions that I never signed up for, yet the support person at the listed number, said I agreed to that when making the purchases. The support person kept giving me the run-around to my answers, such as "you signed up for these subscriptions during the payment process, and they don't send out emails of being purchased" - Huge red flag. They said they would cancel my subscriptions and refund the last payments for each service, which they did. I found out from my Visa company that these types of merchants are fraudulent because the monthly subscriptions are shown as being run by hand, with different amounts, and are not automated. I am disputing all of these charges. When I asked the support person to give me the website where I ordered, they gave me 'remarkablegadgetclearout.com', which does not exist, yet they said they tried it an it does. Another red flag here. They said they would email me the company email address and phone number, so I am still waiting on that.
