12/23/2023- The scammer placed a Black Friday Sale Ad on the website on Facebook, I placed an order on November 26, 2023, at @14:30hours, and I was given a Tracking No. AM20642340CN the tracking service with 17Track and Order No. 2023112618106699 with Big Lots. The Tracking said the order was delivered on 12/19/2023. Some of the products to be delivered that I purchased were Glad Trash bags, bounty paper towels, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper, an Ice maker countertop, an air fryer oven, 36 wall-mounted fireplace, and more, etc, I never received any of the order and lost money. I emailed all listed emails: provided by the website, with no success, and no provided phone no. When I placed the order this is the email I received from Big Lots- On Tuesday, November 28, 2023, at 5:16 PM BIG-LOTS [email protected] wrote: (Thank You for your Purchase) It appears the contact email for customer service, is bogus- [email protected] Here are all the emails affiliated with this Bogus company that I have contacted about my order I never received. 1. [email protected]

2. [email protected] 3. [email protected] I lost money that I'm pretty sure I will not see credited back to my account, and time from work waiting on an order that was NEVER DELIVERED. Yes, I'm very upset and would like my money refunded, and for someone in your company to investigate the matter and put a stop to this scamming.

Biglost.bigdeal scam ne out my money like they was bighorn I paid with credit card and need to be refunded pls my number is 6012747265. Not only did I order my mother the same day just refund our money are point us in the right direction.

It was advertised on facebook, then it took me to their website that i gave above, you can still go to that website, they were advertising black friday sale and said biglots, but after i ordered i saw that the website was changed to the above, i have tried emailing many times, goes through but nothing back, they took $49.85. Im hoping this site can get shut down, im sure im not the only person that was scammed.
