The offer was for a Bose S1 Pro Speaker, and if I answered a few questions I could win one. The site told me I won and only had to pay 9.95 for S/H. When I pressed OK the price changed to 8.98 and I received a confirmation that my "entry/monthly plan has been confirmed". There was no message indicating this was a subscription. I was expecting a confirmation for the speaker. Instead the notification indicated to check my email for credentials to login to your number one health app as part of my entry.

I was sent an email asking me to take a survey and I had been chosen to participate in their loyalty program for free and it would take only a minute to receive this fantastic prize. Click here to start. The prize was the Rachel Ray Cucina Cookware Set, light Blue in color, and all I had to do is pay the Shipping and handling charge of $8.98. I received another note saying that I would receive my Cookware set in 5 to 7 days after I put in my credit card information. Once I put my credit card information in after taking their survey, I get an email saying I had been entered in their monthly drawing and good luck. I have canceled my credit card and will be putting in a dispute of the charge. Here's a copy of the email: You have won an Rachel Ray Cucina Cookware Set

Dicks Sporting offered a free Stanley cup for a survey and $8.98 for shipping. after that I received email stating it was for a monthly subscription. So therefore, I Called (888)230-4398 to cancel all of it!! Then I get charged $8.98 + $34.63 + another $8.98 and email stating, you do NOT get cup, it was a monthly draw... today I Called credit dept and disputed it.... Please STOP THESE SCAms..

The same thing happened to me! Except I used my Venmo debit! I tried disputing it, and because I had no receipt, only email confirmation of the “monthly draw,” Venmo denied my dispute. 😭
