Bought a PC from this company through Amazon. Upon arrival the computer did not work. After returning the PC and requesting a refund, they stated that it would take up to 48 hours. They received the PC on May 21, 2024, and have yet to refund the cost of the computer. They are also refusing to speak to us, the buyers, and constantly send us to voicemail. I have attempted to contact them several times and have yet to get a response.
