I ordered 2 ornament organizers from gridefullux in December 2023. I have emailed them several times and they keep telling me my order is on its way. Should I contact the attorney generals office to file a complaint for mail fraud?

I ordered ornament organizers advertised on multiple social media platforms in December 2023. The online link to shipping information showed the order as processed but not shipped 3 weeks after purchase. I contacted customer support, asking for a refund. They said my order had been shipped but there was a problem with the information site and that they would send me a tracking number.

When they did, it was a tracking number for a delivery that had occurred in the past and to a different state.

I have exchanged at least 4 additional emails with the support center. Each time they have a slightly different claim about what’s happening and when my order will arrive. It is now March 2024.

I have no recourse as I paid with a debit card, so cannot dispute the charge.
