Purchased 3 tops and a baseball cap from ChampionV advertised on Facebook. And while their site claims to make returns, when I attempted to request a mailing label to return the 3 tops, it was denied. The tops do not fit nor do they look good on. ChampionV is claiming they sent the correct order and refuse to accept a return. They initially tried to discourage a return claiming long waits and high rates to return. Nowhere on their site does it claim there would be difficulties in making a return as long as it was done within the first 30 days. The order was placed on October 10, 2023 and I received the items on November 3, 2023. It was on November 3, 2023 I contacted ChampionV requesting to return the 3 tops but keep the baseball cap. They misrepresented their customer service and accepting returns.
