They played a video advertising permanent LED outdoor lights. They showed how to install them, the app they use, and the different light displays. When the product arrived, it was nowhere near what they claimed. Several attempts to get a refund and return the item keeps resulting in them offering only $9 USD and second offering of $13 USD. They have also stated sending the product back to "China" will incur in expensive shipping costs to me.
