Merchandise is not as advertised & when tryo g to return they force you to take a 10% or 30% refund & keep the merchandise or pay to send the items back by not provoding a shipping label. They charge customers an insurance fee on your order to cover their Merchandise without prior notification when ordets are placed. The conpany also advertises a 24/7 customer service communication & that is not true, as we as provide two rates for shipping based on amount of order, but orders are not shipped accordingly & held on hold if metchandise you order is not available. Bad business ethics & company is found to do business transactions by maneuvering from different countries uknown to customers prior to placing orders; which maliciously misleads the customers of delivery timeframes.
