Took 630 out of my disability check February 1st

Someone changed my phone number, my email address, my SSN & DOB so I couldnt access my account. While I was on the phone explaining all this to the agent, the criminal was allowed to make a transaction taking all of my money except 0.69. Chime refused to even try and stop the other person from taking my money. Now they say they wont credit my account.

They keep making different email addresses and different phone numbers and logging me out my Chime app account and successfully stole $4,128 out my account as I was talking to a chime representative on the phone this people was stealing my money I have no idea how can they possibly get this information.
