This Constituent company is a China company clothed in the American Flag! I ordered an outfit believing American-made. When I received the order it did not fit because it is in China manufacturing size not American and did not fit properly. I have been trying for 30+ days to return item for a full $43.95 refund through my PayPal account & my Discover credit card. Dispute cases are filed. This company is trying in every way not to refund! Item was shipped from a US address - they say for me to receive a refund I must return ship to China!! The cost would be ridiculous! They do this deliberately to sway people from any return or refund. It is not right for these companies to portray American where companies stand by their customers! Constituent should not be allowed to cloak the company and take advantage of consumers purchasing in good faith for their products.
