Merchant had ad on facebook for discounted electronic products. I placed order and received items that were not what I ordered but some cheap product that probably cost a few cents to make. Sent merchant note saying I received wrong item. Merchant came back and offered me 30% of what I had paid as refund to close out transaction as returning the product would take too much time. I did not accept offer and stated I wanted the product ordered or a full refund. Also asked for return address for wrong product. Merchant said they were out of product ordered and offered up 40% of what I paid to close out transaction. I again said not acceptable. I went back to check on vendor’s website and it is no longer there. They have this supposedly third party fulfillment vendor servicing as their customer service hub.
