Was looking for an outdoor tv antenna on Best Buy website. At the bottom of page was more offers from different vendors. I bought a super Omni 860 miles range antenna using a gift card. Product came and noticed it only had a 200 mile range. The brand on the box said Fivestars so I called them up after seeing what they sold as a Super Omni antenna was actually just an Omni antenna and was told they didn’t even make a super Omni antenna. Was refunded the money after about 3 weeks back and forth emails with them trying to get them to make it right. Once the money was returned I went to check the balance again and found out that all the money was gone. Called Visa up to report fraudulent charges on the card and they said that someone else was registered with the card. I had registered the card originally so I asked Visa how someone could register the card that I already had registered. Let alone I have the card with the security code on back. All transactions besides mine took place in California (I live in Virginia). One of things I noticed was that Cordless Magic and Fivestars are from the same city in California. I don’t have anything with the address but I did see they were from the same city. So my complaint is they sold me a product that they fabricated and sent me a product that only cost $79 on the Fivestar website. And the second complaint is they had to have stole my gift card number once they had given me my refund and then made the fraudulent purchases. I only used the card one time and that’s when I bought the attenna
