Online prevara za garderobu

Poštovani,
Na Facebook-u sam naišao na oglas za garderobu THE NORTH FACE i naručio garderobu u iznosu od 26,46 dolara, dana 22.11.2023 godine.
Stigao mi je mail da je porudžbina primljena i da je mogu pratitu preko broja porudžbine koji su mi poslali a tqj broj je:2023112344369060
Posle 15 dana vidim da piše Delivered odnosno da je isporučena pošiljka. Pokušavam da ih kontaktiram i onda mi stiže mail od Grace da pokušam da kontaktiram moju lokalnu poštu i da je paket stigao. Međutim, taj paket uopšte nije stigao u Srbiju. Kada tom Grace pošaljem poruku da želim nazad svoj novac i da sam prevaren, odgovaraju mi da će mi vratiti 30 % novca jer je paket izgubljen i da i oni imaju troškove. Rekao sam da mi vrate makar to, onda pišu da su mi uplatili na račun 7 dolara ali i to je laž, na moj račun nije legla nikakva uplata u tom iznosu.
Ja želim svoj novac natrag uz svu odštetu za vreme od 2 meseca čekanja.

On Nov 30th, 2023, I purchased a NFL Team Championship Title Belt from the company that had advertised on Facebook.

On Dec 16, 2023, the tracking number on the site they provided said then package had been delivered. I waited a couple of days, while still checking the site, but the package never showed up.

I contacted them and they informed that it had been delivered to my local post office. I contacted my local post office and they hadn't received any package for me at all, especially with the tracking number i was provided.

When i contacted the company again they just repeated that it was sent to my local posted office. I gave them the proof then they told me i lost the package and need to send it back to them.

Came across a Coldwater Creek ad on Facebook which I clicked on and started choosing clothes to purchase. After checkout, I realized it was a scam and sent a reply to their email to cancel the order. They claimed it had already shipped (within 14 minutes). Emailed over and over to cancel the order. Eventually they claimed I received the order but I never did. They offered me a 10% refund but I don't want them touching my account again. Told them I was reporting them.

An email I received offered a deep closeout or clearance prices on Coldwater Creek clothing, complete with photos from the company's website. It took me a week to get suspicious (after my credit card was charged) and I did research and found similar scams but under other companies' names. I immediately called the fraud department for my credit card. They refunded my money, closed that card and are sending me a new one with a different account number.
