I bought some stuff from this company. And they said it was delivered. Checked with the post office and they don’t even deal with the number for that type of number that they gave me.

Bought a mystery box off Facebok from this company, transaction was from ACQRA CARDIAC MONENT based out of Hong Kong. Mystery box remains a mystery as I never received it nor my refund

I purchased a Amazon clearance box for 59.US, they say it was delivered, which it never was! I asked for a full refund and they will only give me 10% then 20% and now 30% of my refund back. I have been dealing with them since Dec 20, every day I write to them. I want my money back from this company and shut them down!

We have placed an order on The North Face with order # 2023123029953512 on January 30, 2023. The payment has been deducted, but the parcel has still not been received.We tried to check at the official website of North Face but there is no information updated in Find My Order, and it shows as "WE'RE SORRY... WE WERE UNABLE TO LOCATE YOUR ORDER. PLEASE VERIFY YOUR ORDER INFORMATION AND TRY AGAIN" upon inquiring. We have sent an email to [email protected] but the email bounces back. We are now speechless. I am also attaching the screenshot for order confirmation for North Face review.

I was on Facebook and seen an ad for reduced pricing on Amazon returns, and on December 22nd I placed an order for a total of $73.70
I have not received the order and even though aftership shows my order as delivered, canada post a d FedEx have no record of handling this item.
They refuse to provide a refund and have racked up a dozen or so charges on my credit card.
fell for the scam on facebook

Placed an order on 10-31-23 for $51.17 and did not receive the package. Notified customer service but they refuse to credit my credit card account. I repeatedly sent e-mails to the Customer Service, but they replied that the package had been delivered. I asked to provide the contact details of the courier, but no one provided anything. The tracking number is invalid according to the post office.

Placed order 10-31-23 in the amount of $33.20 and have not received the package. Post office has not received the package. Notified company and they are refusing to credit my credit card account. Emails have been sent to company numerous times and the response from them is that package has been delivered. The tracking number is invalid according to post office.

Followed a link for Coldwater Creek clearance. They sent tracking information but the package never arrived. I contacted customer service who replied multiple times that the post office delivered it.
