Ordered Shark robo vacuum, came not as described or I believe not even a shark. I picked this site when it came up on a goggle search. I was told I could send it back at my own expense, I emailed back that I am almost 80 years old and could not possibly get it to the carrier. They emailed back that they would send me a Fed Ex return label upon receipt of label I was to contact Fed ex arrange pick-up and notify when pick-up wass made. May 9th 2024. Since then a series of back and forth emails(which I have complete correspondence.) has been going on Nothing but ridiculous rhetoric and complete age humiliation. I have paid $278.19 +$20.00 3 yr. warranty. They keep claiming they have not received it check with Fed Ex. Fed Ex tells me it must be claimed by the one that initiniated the return label. I have received such lies and one email would take quite a bit of response time every time I would inquire if they received the item.

such responses would be did you put your return address on it, the next one did you remember to affix the label. etc, etc. Now they are saying this going on since april too much time has elapsed and no longer covered under their return policy. When I was sent back a response where she stated they received an email from me stating I decided to keep the item and I asked for a copy of that email it was sent back to me totally out of context but also with an attachment of 2 screen shots one of m medicare info and ine of my SS info. I have o ideea about that and I am nervous. Since this purchase my debit card keeps getting compromised I had to change my card 3x in 4months.
