Bought a chair online but never received it. I was getting tracking details & it said “duly delivered” but it didn’t DULY get delivered to Me! I sent a message for stays & I was told to check with the post office. They have nothing for me! The business won’t give me a refund. Had I realized it was a Best Buy imposter scam artist, I surely wouldn’t have even tried. I am so upset. I ordered on 12/6/23 & I’m still waiting. Out of luck, money & a chair. Don’t trust this site!!

Deapbestbuy had a Simson pressure washer for 100 reg ran it on sale for 59.00 I purchased it and never received the product whe I tried to email them the email returned saying no such email. I checked my credit card and the payment went to Katherinestyles for 59.00

I bought a e-bike from them on line, the site looked legit. I paid them a hundred dollars and the bike never came, when i tried getting in touch with them the only way is through a e-mail that doesn't accept any mail. The site logo looked legit it said Best Buy, i didn't notice until after they got my money that it was deapbestbuy, plus it was on you tube. Its almost like you can't trust any advertisement from you tube the majorty of them are scams

Shopping online bestbuywebsite looked legit had the logo, completed transaction received email confirmation from deapbestbuy also with logo from bestbuy did not look legitimate quickly called credit card company to cancel the transaction and the credit card. Advertised a mixer for $59.00 gave address and name for the order.
