I ordered shoes from this website online and paid using Venmo. The name on Venmo came up as money paid to Dorothy Harris, not the actual website. I did receive an email for order confirmation, and order was supposed to be shipped within 2-3 business days. It is now 17 days later and the order number still shows the order as being processed. I have reached out via email and on their website 4 times and have received no response. There is no phone number listed on their website.
