Pop up advertisement (cdn.shopexr.com) during my playing of the game word blitz on the internet. Company offered patio furniture for a cheap price from US. Had a Home Depot logo on the advertisement. Free shipping within 7 days and free returns and refunds all for $45.00. They were sold out of that price but still offered one for $54.00 ended up being $59.00 after taxes I guess. They sent a receipt and that included a tracking number. The tracking number for USPS never did work, It showed also that it wasn't coming from the US it showed shipping from China and the website store showed Chinese products and shipping from there. My credit card receipt showed London. I never got the product and they trying to haggle an amount for a refund several time like half of the amount. They have used so many names and locations. i doubt a refund will actually be given. The names used as mentioned before are exaltam; mengtu; zyndus; amora.store; Christmas; cdn.shopexr; Meledo Company Limited. They phone number given for Meledo is 442086385417, The address for Meledo is 372 Southhampton Row Great London WC1B SHJ United Kingdom Company number 11736866

They set up the tracker as if it were real and I watched as it was moving finally from California, then all the sudden after over 3 weeks showed delivered about 5 miles from me in the middle of no where, I even called USPS, UPS, and FEDEX. But the company finally confessed supposedly that the item was lost in the mail and they could send again or I could be refunded half my money. I requested and continue to request a full refund.
