I ordered multiple packages on March 26th 2023 and I never received anything after paying the payment was accepted after I emailed them they said management was changed and that it would take two to three months after telling me it would only take two to three weeks. I emailed them many times throughout these months. I called, they said they were switching management and it might take a little time. Then they told me that they had switch companies once I called the number and it did not work I emailed them and they never emailed me back. It is now Wednesday June 28th and I have not received any kind of packet or email update about my orders.

Scam website on online clothing

I have ordered several clothing items from $1 discount day, but the courier charge was high. I was contacting the Angie through support email address "[email protected]" and even asked for tracking details but she never sent me the details and said items are shipped. Now it has been more than three months from the day I ordered.

Don't purchase from them.. They're a scam - Lulu Fashion, Fashion Box and Fashion Centre.. I lost several thousand rand to them and the moment you question them they just ignore your email. Big scam stay away.

When called there is no answer ever. No customer service exists.

I used fashioncentre.co. In a week the website has used 2 different websites. Pollyfashion.co and fashion box.co. When emailed and asked about tracking info, I was told it would be looked into. That was on April 17, 12 days after I placed an order.

Angie K has given me the run around and excuse of looking for a tracking number which is so odd. Overall this is definitely a scam. No items or tracking received.
