I ordered a hockey jersey on Dec 6th 2022 from Fejali. The website stated that any orders placed by the 7th would arrive before Christmas. I received an email detailing my order. I checked the order number on the company's website to track the item. It stated the item was shipped via USPS. After checking the tracking with USPS I noticed that the item was never shipped. A shipping label was created but never shipped. The company does not have a phone number. The email address, [email protected], , is bogus as it was undeliverable. The address for the company is registered to a Bed Bath and Beyond.
