In October of 2023 I noticed three charges to my bank account from a Vendor I did not recognize (Fit Kitchen Club). The amounts were $39.99 in September and $39.99 in August and an initial $1.99 in August as well. I immediately reported these fraudulant charges to my bank along with other information found online suspecting this company to be fraudulant. I also contacted the real Fit Kitchen company in California and spoke to an employee. This employee relayed several others had called complaing of this company impersonating them going by the name Fit Kitchen Club in Florida. I recently learned my bank denied my claim due to this company Fit Kitchen Club providing my banking information and IP address through e-mail correspondence giving the appearance i made a valid transaction. I again relayed to my bank that I have never done any transactions with this company and have no idea how they obtained my personal information other than through nefarious means. I provided my bank with cited cases from the ScamPulse.com regarding Fit Kitchen Club. Additionally the stated owner, Elsiemarie Liranzo-Baez, was noted in other ScamPulse.com cases involving another business called Shining Workout with documented fraudulant cases.
