I went to FIXD to get info about the product that I had bought years ago. So Live Chat was readily available. I asked a question that I thought Support would be able to answer, but the lady(?) sent me quickly to Just Answer. I had to pay $1 to get to talk to them, but then, the price went up to $55. So I was not going to do that. I went back to Live Chat and very clearly told the lady to stay with me until I could explain the problem. But she immediately sent me to Just Answer and hung up. And without going there they charged me $55 again. So the scammer is Just Answer. My credit card company is refuting the charges. P.S. Your format is faulty. I hit the wrong button and it wouldn't let me get back to where I left off.
