Also had my bank look into the company that charged my account for the sight bulb camera order and was told it was a valid charge and there was nothing they could do for me. I just wanted to return the cameras for a refund but all the information I had on this purchase did not point to the company that sold me the cameras. They said that they would not give me a refund because they did not sell the product to me. The web site information and the delivery box identified Sight Bulb and Trend Makers Inc as the company that the purchase was from, and that their emails could help me. I got no help from any of the contacts that I had and ran out of time to do the return. Needless to say, I'm VERY UPSET with this purchase with regard to the false advertising on the web site, that it was returnable (I wrote down all the information from the site so that I could contact them with any problems). I did what was asked and because the cameras are not working for me I lost the money that I paid for them. I certainly consider this to be a SCAM.
