I received an email that the order was received. There is only a reference to the Gummies on this receipt and no indication of any trial time period.
I received a second email that the bottles had shipped, then a third with tracking information.
Heard nothing from the company, no emails, no further shipment. Until 9/13/22
9/13/22: I received a phone call from what looked like a CT number on my cell. The woman (with a heavy accent) identified herself, went on to say my credit card had been declined and they were trying to help me by collecting the outstanding fees and then we could close out the account.
I refused to give them another credit card. I asked to have information forwarded to me via email, they refused.
I continued to receive phone calls from other CT phone numbers, from all over the state. Over the course of several conversations, the representatives of the company offered me a reduced price (about half) for each of the bottles I received (started at 119 each) then they got down to about $48 each. There was a third subscription they claimed I have, turned out to be an app (I did receive an email on 7/31 with login code - which I never used), they threatened me that they would have no option other than to send my account to the credit bureau. I told them I'd be contacting the BBB.
When I found the email for the app, I called the phone number listed there 925-481-3473. The representative there, "Jake" assured me I would receive an email within 24 hours confirming cancellation of my accounts. He did say he couldn't help me with the App subscription and gave me a different phone number: 888-893-0116. Remember, I'd called him from the number on the email from the app....
9/14/22: I received several more phone calls from supposed CT phone numbers. I answered one of them, a woman said she understood I had an issue and wanted to help, which went quickly into the same circle I'd gone through the day before so I just hung up. But there was a mention of them reporting me to someone where I wouldn't be able to buy anything more online.
I hung up.
