TikTok - weekender bag was ordered on 2/17/2024. Email confirmation was received on the same day with tracking number JS7484655166689784259. Tracking via PayPal showed many numerous delays and stops while supposedly in transit from CJ Packet Tracking. Eventually it was listed as delivered yet the only thing I received on that date was a very small package with only ask earring post (no earring attached). I reached out to the vendor on 3/29/2024 requesting reshipment via express delivery at no cost to me or to have my money refunded immediately. I then received a generic response the same day indicating that the matter was being looked into but didn't hear back so I emailed again on 4/2/2024. Eleven more exchanges occurred thru 4/15/2024 but no direct answer to my inquiry was given.
