The items were described as knit cardigans with embroidery on them. The quality was poor. I purchased five items total and used pay pal to purchase. I have only received two out of the five items. They were not what was shown on the website. It was cheap material with a shadowy print that is purely ridiculous to wear out! I did email them twice now. The first time was to check on the shipment and the second requesting a full refund. I doubt I will ever see the items or my money. However, if this complaint can save another person from falling for this scam of a company, then I have succeeded. I just hope at this point that my identity has not been stolen!
