I contacted the company by email, to request a return and refund, because I did not want the plastic bags. I was told that they are “vegan” leather. I explained that is not the same as genuine leather and that their advertising is false and misleading.
I was told to ship the bags to China, at address:

Dayone Warehouse

However, the package label showed that it shipped from a warehouse in New York.
I requested by email, to return the bags to a domestic U.S. address , and never received a response. The cost of shipping to China would be approximately $70 based on a quote I received from the USPS.
