I saw their add on Facebook. I ordered an electric bike for 29.97. I followed the tracking through their tracking system and it showed shipped and received to customs. I attempted to put the tracking number in my self it came up invalid. I contacted USPS and spoke with a representative and she told me it was a scam. I responded to my email and told them I haven't received it even though on their end showed delivered. Then they relpied saying they sent the wrong thing on accident. A pair of sunglasses. I havent received anything and my neighbors havent either. I have asked for my money back but they keep sending me emails that it has been delivered.

This company advertised on Facebook to sell Planter Beds with Arches for for 2 at $69.95 They did not provide a tracking number for the U.S Postal Office but an international number to show that it's been shipped but they did not ship what the consumer paid for. In my case, they shipped 2 pair of gardening gloves. I requested a full refund and they said they need the gloves back, which I am willing to send back, but later they changed the instruction and said they can refund only 20% of what was paid. Unfortunately, ScamPulse.com cannot investigate business outside of North America, but I hope they can share this with other consumers. I also reported on SCAM Tracker web site about this scam.

Purchased what I thought were golf clubs on May 9. Still have not received product and they will not respond to emails requesting a refund.

Purchased a set of 2x8 garden planters and received flower seeds. The company used the Home Depot logo and references to a Home Depot wholesaler in their Facebook ad. Admitted to sending the product in error, refuse to accept the return stating it's too expensive to go through customs. They are offering for me to resell the product that I did not order and cannot validate that it is what they say it is and offering me a 20% refund when I did not receive my order.

They pose as Costco and offer Beatles box LP set for $59.97. I bought the LP set and received cheap sunglasses. I e-mailed the customer service and was told they 'reviewed [the] order and we sent you the wrong order due to a system error.

What you received is another export item, 3D polarized sunglasses, which was worth about the same as what you bought. We would like to ask you to return the package, once we receive the package, we will ship the correct item for your order. We'll ask customs about import duties and I'll give you the return address when we get an answer. If you are not satisfied with what we have done and do not want to return the package, we can negotiate a refund. We will try our best to make you satisfied. What do you think?

They did not send a return address I had to write to ask for it and this is their response: 'Our return address is overseas. If you send the item back, customs will charge you a lot of customs duties, charge us a lot of import duties, and we don't necessarily receive the package safely and quickly, so we don't think it's wise to ask you to return the package.

After our discussion, we don't want to waste import duties, it's better to give this item to you.

We would like to ask you to keep this item, but we can no longer send you the item in your order, please understand.

If you really don't like it, we can give you a 10% refund and you can keep the item, you can give it to someone else or resell it for a good price. If you are not satisfied with the 10% refund, we can negotiate more partial refunds, please rest assured.

I am instead just reporting them to you and to my credit card company.

Ordered off Facebook add outdoor wicker swing with cushions and stand. I received a cloth hammock that is too small for a person to lay in. I told them I received the wrong item and wanted the correct item or my money back. They admitted the error and offered me 10% of my money back, then 20%, them 30% as their final offer. I refused and said I will not pay for an item I did not order!

I ordered two guitars from this site on instagram. They send me email stating my order has been shipped, but I never received it.

Instead they send me a cheap pair of sunglasses. I will send you all the files that I kept in this scam. They were closing their shop and were selling guitars at a low price.

I saw a website on Facebook advertising Album Box Sets marked way down. I ordered 3 of them and paid for fast shipping. There were reviews on Facebook saying that individuals had received theirs. After I ordered them, my better judgement told me that it was a scam. I went back to check on the site and saw that they were on several different ads. The adds all looked like the Costco logo. I immediately called and blocked my credit card. The scam site had already charged my card. The charge appeared under zonerevelb.com. Today 3/27/23 I received a pair of cheap Chinese sunglasses with the same tracking number as the Box Sets were supposed to be under. There was a note with them that stated to email them with any comments or dissatisfaction to [email protected]. They were sent from:
