What you received is another export item, 3D polarized sunglasses, which was worth about the same as what you bought. We would like to ask you to return the package, once we receive the package, we will ship the correct item for your order. We'll ask customs about import duties and I'll give you the return address when we get an answer. If you are not satisfied with what we have done and do not want to return the package, we can negotiate a refund. We will try our best to make you satisfied. What do you think?
They did not send a return address I had to write to ask for it and this is their response: 'Our return address is overseas. If you send the item back, customs will charge you a lot of customs duties, charge us a lot of import duties, and we don't necessarily receive the package safely and quickly, so we don't think it's wise to ask you to return the package.
After our discussion, we don't want to waste import duties, it's better to give this item to you.
